From tap at 7 Stern Bräu. Aroma of grainy malt, minerals, cereal, yeasty notes, hint of hops. Flavour is a nice moderate to medium bitter. This is a fine unfiltered Helles, very crisp and refreshing.

Bottled@HBF2015. Hazy golden colour, big foamy white head. Aroma is grains, herbs, some mild grassy and a bit oral tones. Flavour is bready, grassy, some mild grainy, herbal and earthy tones. Easy drinking.

# 3346; 11/2022. Grainy, malty, herbal and spicy hoppy aroma. Cloudy gold body, persistant white head. Malty, spicy, grainy. Extremely drinkable. Excellent helles, Saaz hop is evident. 0,5 l, draught, brewpub, Vienna.

Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- malt, yeast, touch of bubble gum, vanilla, apricot and apple. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, lightly bitter, malt, yeast, touch of bread and vanilla, spicy hops. Medium bodied. Not bad.

Bottle from Cuso, thanks! Blonde, hazy. Soft floral, perfumed aroma. Full bodied. Malty bready flavor with apricot and citrus. Solid helles!

Tap at the source, 11th March 19. Pours a golden beer, slight haze, lovely tight head. Aroma is yeast, floral and light citrus. Taste is clean, bitter, yeast, refreshing, floral. Really good.
