Bottle 50cl. @ home.Light light unclear light to medium yellow color with a large, frothy, excellent lacing, fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, light hoppy, lemon, green grass. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, a spicy - herbel finish. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090713]

Bottle: Hazy, pale golden, mid-sized loose head that slowly diminishes; herbal hoppy nose with a sweet-malty and grainy background; solid bitter-sweet flavour, soft MF, light bodied; bitter-hoppy finish combined with grainy and malty influences. Pleasant stuff....

(Sample #9 [bottled] at the first Biertest-Online Gathering, Düsseldorf, 29.12.06) Hazy, pale golden colour with a rather small foamy white head. Sweet and slightly sour, doughy aroma. Light bitter, light to medium body, moderate carbonation. Yeasty, malty taste with yeasty bitter notes from the beginning and a faint fruity touch. Moderately bitter and slightly hoppy finish. Not a world-shaking brew but just okay.

Frischer, würziger Geruch. Geschmacklich nur mäßig würzig mit hopfig-herbem Touch, leicht muffig. Im Abgang hopfiger und etwas malzig, was zum Rest des Bieres passt. Wirkt recht harmonisch. Test vom 31.12.2006, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 11,11,11,11,10,11 - 10,95
