Bottled. Slightly hazy golden body, white head. Huge aroma, giant green / red apple, soft, not necessarily acetaldehyde but close enough, apple meat, some spruce. Lean, dry, bitterish taste, spruce dominates, apples show up, ends fairly bitter. Okay, not Kemker's best.

Bottle. Slightly cloudy, golden, white head and sparkly. Very much apple, moldy, cinnamon - and cork, the bottle had a cork and now the beer has, too. Spruce, very bitter. Still surprisingly sweet; not convinced that the spruce and the sweetness are as balanced as they could be.

Bottle at the Christmas Tasting. Light yellow hazy with a very nice lasting head. Nose is cellary, musty cellar with moldy apple and pine forest floor notes. The flavor is sprucey as f... (thanks Marko). A bit sour as well, very interesting but just for a small glass.

Bottle. Cloudy golden, white lacing foam. Funky cork, spruce, bubblegum, metallic aroma. Medium light dry foamy body. Fruit salad start, soft, herbal, grass, pine, a bit mold, gooseberry spruce. Meh.

Bottle courtesy of Moritz, tasted with the München Ratebeer Group Christmas Tasting Friday 2nd December 2022. Good looker, large white head, gold colour. Aroma is fresh laundry but then changes to maybe a pineyness. Soft moutheel, soapy, light bitterness, spruce is a little heavy.

Hazy golden. Aroma is grapes yeast spruce light apple. Taste is pretty bitter hoppy with some mint caramel and some earthy stuff. Pretty harsh and earthy. Oof.

Bottle. Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is spruce, rye, apple, some hops, fresh yeast. Taste is rye spiciness, earthy, bitter, funky but not sour. Very foamy carbonation. Not Kemker's best beer.

Cloudy, golden color and a white head. Bonedry! Pineneedles in the nose. Funky, dry and bitter. Nice hoppy finish.

Tap at BXL. Hazy golden. A lot of bitter hops, spruce, pils malts, fresh bread crust, fresh green hops, resinous. Quite bitter.
