Bottle. Dark brown color. Malt and a hint of caramel and raisin in the aroma. Malty sweet bready, caramelly flavor. Plums, especially in the aftertaste. Sticky mouthfeel.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein sehr dunkelbraunes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch röstmalzig, erdig, leicht süß, schokoladig. Geschmack röstmalzig süß, trocken, leicht schokoladig.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden brown with a small off white head. Aroma is toasted malty and caramelish. Breadish. Dry malty, bitter and dark roasted. Dry and breadish finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a clear dark amber with a beige head. Sweet chocolatey roast aroma. Medium body, again these sweet chocolate notes and a subtle bitterness. Very bitterness. 301012

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass very dark, almost black, nice head. Starts mild, more and more spicy-malty, modest roasty. Well balanced finish, quite drinkable. Nice.

Bottle 500ml. @ home on the terrace.Clear medium to dark brown amber colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, light roasted, light hoppy, grass. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, malt extract alike. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110903]

50cl bottle. Poured dark brown with a steady lacing head. Rye and bready malty aroma. Flavor is similar, bread and rye notes, weak caramel, dryish finish. Nothing special really.
