Tap at Seehaus Poschinger Weiher. Dark brown. Bread, malt, caramel, slightly metallic. Soft creamy, but a nice roasted edge to it. I like it.

В аромате просто дохера солода, карамельные слегка жженые нотки зерна. Много конечно хлеба, белого и темного, дрожжей тоже вагончик. Цвет немного не выразительный, слишком светлый, пенка маленькая, падает быстрее Пизанской башни. Вкус средний, все портит слишком сильная кислинка, легкая не сбалансированность при глотке а также отсутствие так называемой бархотистости. А так карамель есть, много солода и дрожжей в принципе не портят впечатление. Послевкусие с намеками на патоку даже ну и конечно хмель на месте. Но в целом нормально, но пил в стиле и лучше.

Bottle from Beers of Europe @ 5.4%. Pours a murky dark brown with small tight off-white head, nice retention and lacing. Malty treacle like aroma, light toasty hints, sweet, hay. Nice. Taste is malty with toffee, caramel, light roast, light fruitiness, crisp grassy bitter bite in the finish. Medium body and carbonation which works well here. Nice.

F&D wedding. Medium brown. Aroma is light chestnut with melasses. Taste is sweet melasses with very light burnt bitterness. Tongue tickling carbonation. Quite round. Alright.

Pour is a clear dark brown with a large tan head. Aroma is toasty but sugary malt with a little wet paper bag. Flavor is a nice chewy brown bread malt with a little tobacco smoke at the end. This finishes really nice. This was a nice dunkel and having this fresh would be the tits.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours brown with an orange hue and a smallish, beige head. Caramel and subtle roast in the nose. Medium body, sweet malty burned caramel, a hint of coffee and very little bitterness. But pleasant drinking. 300523

Bottle from Systembolaget. Non descript aroma. Mahogany colour. A very smooth and easy going dunkel. No complaints to be had here, with a reasonable hop bitterness.

500ml Bottle - Dark brown with some red tinges. Brown sugar, dried fruit and wort in the aroma. Malty and fairly sweet taste with raisins, berries and wort.

Klart mörkbrun med tjockt skum. Doft av torkade plommon och choklad. Rund och mjuk smak av torkade plommon, kola, choklad och lite salmiak. Blir torrare mot slutet. Riktigt god!
