Bottle 500ml. w. swing top.Unclear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light malty, moderate yeasty, fruity, banana, yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, fruity, yeasty. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20110320]

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. It pours a clear, dark golden body and a small, off-white head. Banana on the nose, with a touch of bubble gum and cloves. Some wheat as well. The flavor has banana and some cloves. A little lemony sourness too. Short banana finish. Medium body with appropriate carbonation. A quite nice one, at least considering its ABV. 110320

Bottle @ Denmark/Norway Tasting, Ulfborg 2011. Courtesy of Fonefan. Pours clear copper with a small white foam on top. Sweet and estery nose. Flavor is wheat, grain and banana. Fine balance. Medium bodied. Ok.

(swing top bottle) Hazy, deep golden colour with a big but not very persistent, slightly tanned frothy head. Yeasty wheat-malty aroma with grainy and slightly cara-malty notes, as well as a fruity touch of ripe bananas, cloves and vanilla. Mildly sweet flavour, light bodied but also not watery, mellow carbonation. Rounded wheaty and grainy, slightly cara-malty taste with moderately notes of banana; wheaty and slightly fruity, also mildly spicy finish. 08.IX.10

Bügelverschlußflasche: Golden, hazy, huge off-white fluffy head, rather slowly collapsing; sweet fruity (raspberries?) and also slight caramelly nose with a yeasty touch; moderate sweet-sourish flavour, light bodied, but absolutely not watery; slightly lingering caramelly and fruity finish with a light tartness. Excellent light Weizen.......
