Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours yellow with a slight haze and a white head. Sweet, clean malts in the nose. A little perfumy hops leaving only a slight bitterness. Straight and pleasant. 190511

Bottle 500ml. w. swing top @ home on the terrace.Clear medium yellow orange colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, malty, fruity, light hay - straw, soap notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity malt, malty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110506]

Bottle @ Odense Tasting, March 2011. Pours clear golden with a small white head. Nose is sweet malty. Buiscuit , fruit, hay and a touch of diacetyl. Very smooth palate. Sweet malty.

Bügelverschlußflasche: Golden, hazy, visible carbonation, stable creamy off-white head; distnctive flavours of unmalted barley in the nose, supported by a light hoppy base; soft, almost medium bodied, moderate sweet-bitter flavour; slightly increasing hoppiness in the drier - soft - bitter-sweet finish. Good, well crafted Export.....

(swing top bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a tall and slightly off-white foamy head. Slightly sweet and yeasty grainy malty taste with notes of biscuits and a tinge of honey, accompanied by a fruity and subtle herbal hoppy touch. Moderately sweet flavour with a discreet level of bitterness, light to medium bodied with a fizzy carbonation. Grainy malt-character with a milky touch; sweet malty and slightly bitter hoppy finish with a little fizz. Not bad but I expected a bit more. Probably unrequested secondary bottle fermentation … 20.XII.10
