Thanks Björn!
Golden color, small white head. Some sweet notes, then grassy hoppy notes. Sweet malty, fresh grassy hoppyness. Sweetish aftertaste.

Bottled. Clear pale golden, firm head. Spicy grassy nose. Dry and crisp, yet wth rounded mouthfeel. Evidently hoppy with slim body and long salty bitterness. A good, very refreshing pils.

Bottled. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet malty combined with notes of straw and light notes of citrus. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of citrus, leading to a lightly bitter finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Pours a pretty clear golden with a dense white head leaving some laces. Classic German nose of malt and flowery hops. Medium body with sweet malts and a dry and hoppy finish. 050608

The bottle looks good, like all Specht-bottles. Begins very vapid, but becomes drier in the end. That’s not so good. I think, the Pils is not the best Specht-beer.

Fruchtiger, sehr hopfiger Geruch. Leckeres Pils! Test vom 20.3.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 10,12,12,10,9,11 - 10,95

Bottle: Pale golden coloured, lively carbonation, firm creamy head; delicate sweet-malty aroma with a distinctive, sweet floral, a bit grassy hoppy nose; solid bitter-sweetish flavour, light bodied, soft MF; sweet malt in the finish, again, combined with a delicate lingering aromatic hoppy aftertaste. A fine Pilsener, far away from the ugly northern-german stuff......
