Bottle. Blonde, cloudy. Tangerine and a hint of yeast in the aroma. Tangerine, banana and vinous notes in the flavor. Just a hint of yeast. Pleasant fruity weizen.

50cl bottle, BBe 04/2012. Poured hazy orange with a frothy white head. Aroma has wheat, citrus and yeast. Flavor is ripe banana, wheat and light spicyness. Smooth mouthfeel, medium body. Nice hefeweizen.

Bottle 500ml.Hazy and unclear medium orange colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate to light light heavy yeasty, fruity, banana. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20120210]

(bottle) Cloudy, orange-golden colour with a blond and firm foamy head. Mildly yeasty wheat-malty aroma with notes of citrus and banana, accompanied by shades of phenolic spices, vanilla and traces of grassy hops far in the background. Slightly sweet and minimally sour flavour, a bit light bodied with a moderate carbonation for a Hefeweizen. Present and delicately sour wheat-character with hints of banana and citrus; sweet and slightly sour wheat-malty finish with fruity and mildly spicy notes. Clean and classical modern Hefeweizen. 03.XII.11
