Flaska på Brewskival 2023, oklart vilken årgång. Mörkguldig/bärnstensfärgad, knappt någon krona. Stramt, funky, nästan lite läder och lätt rökighet/mineral. Fat, rejält tilltyglad kropp på bästa sätt. Spännande och moget.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2023, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp apple skins, wild yeast, and oak. Flavour is crisp, dry and funky, with crisp apple skins, wild yeast, and oak. Wild, funky, and oaky finish. Excellent.
