(Bottle, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 9 Sep 2023) Hazy yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with citrus, peaches, yeast and white wine. Fruity, vinous taste with notes of grapes, yeast, green apples, peaches and flowers. Low bitterness. Full body, with a certain sweetness. Vinous and slightly acidic. Interesting. Very nice.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, some mild toffee and herbal tones with a wee bit of gluelike sweetness. Flavour is fruity, some glue, mild herbs and some slight spiciness. Nicely dry, but the gluelike sweetness sucks. Alcohol doesn't burn, which is nice.

ABV: 12.5%. ✅ Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, marzipan malt, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, fruity, champagne yeast, light bubble gum, light grapes - apple. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, grapes - apples, fruity yeast, pale malt, fruity malt, marzipan malt, light bubble gum - minerals - champagne yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to light lively, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20230325]
