Nett! 9/10/9/9/7/9

Bottle 33cl from a store in Bodegraven, Holland.

Good, yellowish-tinted head, fed by lively pearling fully hazy orange beer; some UFO’s. Spicy nose, pale malts and a touch of ginger. Taste displays spices, citrus and very obvious wheat. In fact, this is a (quite succesfull) blend of a (spiced) Belgian Tripel with a German Hefeweizen. Banana- and other fruitesters, cloves and ginger. Warming up, the spices become a tad too predominant, with a marzipan flavour (the succade, no doubt) mixed in. Very spritzy, despite a nearly thick-viscous texture it has some refreshing qualities. Truth: reading the ingredients made me really fear the worst. In this light, this is exceptional.
