Bottle, Wings of Freedom Ale (alias), for Aircraft event Wings of Freedom in Ede (August 2019). Color: Clear golden, white head. Aroma: Malty, notes of yeast. Taste: Malty, sweetish, yeasty notes. Moderate bitterness. Some oxidation, cardboard at finish. Below medium body, rather thin, average carbonation. Boring. Mwah.

Bottle, gusher! Orange blonde color. Floral, yeasty aroma with some citrus notes. Yeasty flavor with hints of citrus and mint. Pleasant enough.

Helder goudgeel bier met schuim. Smaak is licht hoppig en licht zoet met iets van amandel en iets van kardemon. Fijn bier wat makkelijk weg drinkt.

Flesje gekocht tijdens braderie. Goudgeel licht troebel bier met weinig schuim. Aroma en smaak is licht fruitig, moutig en hoppig. Weinig nasmaak.

F: medium, white, not long lasting. C: gold, bit hazy. A: malty, bit spicy, bready, honey, BE yeast. T: malty, spicy, light honey, bready, bit herbal, bit yeasty, dry on the palate, not bad, enjoyed, medium body and low to medium carbonation, 33cl bottle as “Roos Ale” from the brewery.

Het bier gekocht bij een brouwerij bezoek. Het is een lekker blond bier met een volle schuimkraag. Iets wat droge nasmaak.

Bottle, courtesy of Douberd and MisoW, many thanks. Golden color with medium white head. Aroma of malt, Belgian yeast, aromatic hops. Taste, starts malty, continues with aromatic hops, Belgian yeast, syrup. Dry finish.

geel/gouden, helder, met schuimige witte kraag, welke inzakt aroma: pilsmoutig, koriander, licht citrus, fris hoppig smaken: matig zoet, medium bitter, sterk gemout, licht kruidig lichte body, dun, laag co2, afdronk: redelijk bittertje ben niet zo gek op het pilsmout aroma

Bottle @ The brewery. Clear yellow to golden, medium sized dense creamy white head. Smell malts, fruits, lightly hops. Taste malts, fruits, hops, medium bitter. Medium carbo, medium body.

Hazy orange colour with a brown teint. Not a lot of head. Smells fresh, orange peel and hoppy. Tastes slightly sour, fruity. Quite big on carbo, very dry.
