Sample courtesy of the Danish boys via Grumbo, cheers all! Hazy yellow gold colour, bubbly white foam head and aroma of apple, citrusy, zest. Taste is sweetish, apple, lemon-lime citrus, zesty, sugar, tequila hint, with light tartness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying finish. Quite OK

14/1/2023. Bottle at the Haderslebener tasting. Bought by me at The Savanna, Liverpool Street Station. Pours clear pale gold with a small frothy white head. aroma of sweet apple, citrus, caramel, touch of biscuit. Quite sweet with light bitterness and a tart edge. Moderate body, oily, average carbonation. Sweet finish. Not bad.

ABV: 6.0%. Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white head. Aroma is apple, yellow apples, apple skin, overripe apples. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, apple, yeast, sygary, overipe apples, citrus touch. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20230114]

Bottle @ Haderslebener beer tasting. Small head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are apple juice, little lime, fruits and has a nice light sour finish.
