Hazy amber. Aroma is slight phenolic some citrus very minerally. Taste is light sweet with lots of minerally stuff and sour carbonation. A bit flat. Not very aromtac nor smooth. Meh

Bottle. Amber, cloudy, white foam. Aroma: banana, sweetish, wheat, a little spice like cloves. Sweet taste, banana, bread, a little clove, not bad.

Enjoyed in Lermoos, Austria. Blonde, cloudy. Citrusaroma with a hint of grass. Citric, slightly herbal grassy hefeweizen with a somewhat watery mouthfeel. Hint of rubber in the aftertaste. Not bad.

Can as Memminger Weizen at 5.1%. Cloudy honey colour. Small white head. Aroma: massive banana, fruit, minor spiciness. Light plus body. Taste: relatively dry, bready, spicy. Not much banana. Low bitterness. Clove at ending. Drinkable enough.

BOTTLE 50 CL. Very hazy yellow, creamy ivory head. Tart/fermenting fruit, cloves, a slight hint of cooked vegetables, a little underwhelming but mostly acceptable. Similar taste - vaguely a hefeweizen, but pretty characterless. Mediocre.

On tap at Lakat, Zemun. Pours hazy yellow, medium white head. Fruity, yeasty, some banana, wheat, watery texture. Light to medium bodied.

Draught (Zur Wagnerei, Bichl) - Hazy golden with a white head. Banana, bread and cloves in the aroma. Banana, spice and peach feature in the taste.

Bottle on the train from Memmingen to Stuttgart, from the Memminger Wirsthaus opposite the station, 08/02/15. Hazed orange golden with a decent off white covering. Nose is grain, bread, citric peel, yeast esters, caramel popcorn, lgiht spice. Taste comprises vanilla, clove, grassy, grain, bread dough. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough hefe.
