Cloudy deep blond color; creamy head. Nice spicy aroma. Medium body, light wheat flavor, very light banana and cloves, a bit dry at the end. Correct bitterness.

Cloudy orange coloured, medium sized white head, sweet corn nose. The aroma is malty, very fruity and wheaty with notes of yeast and spices. Mild and refreshing but usual hefe.

Bottled. An unclear orange beer with a thick off-white head. The aroma is sweet hoppy and wheaty, while the flavor is sweet malty and wheaty, leading to a lightly dry wheaty end.

Bottle (labelled as Memminger Weissbier). Strong banana and clove aroma. Light yellow color - cloudy with ample head. Nice typical wheat malt, banana, peach, and clove flavor - full bodied. A very good Hefe- I would consider this among the top representatives of the style.
