Can from Middle Farm. Aroma of elderflower cordial. Quite a dry, bitter ending. Good Saison character. Not mead as I knew it but interesting.

22/2/2023. Can shared by minutemat, cheers. Pours clear very pale gold with minimal head. Aroma of elderflower, lemon, lime, yeast, mild honey, flowers. Medium sweetness, moderate tartness and body. Average carbonation. Lasting tart finish. Quite enjoyable.

330ml can from Gosnell's Taproom. Pours clear pale gold. Aroma brings nice sweet honey. Fine spritz. Characterful sweetness, perhaps part honey, part saison yeast.. certainly on the finish there seems a doughy sugary saison yeast presence, second sip reveals vanillery bourbon barrel suggestions, sticky finish on the palate. A grower.

Panda courtesy of mR_fr0g, cheers Fergus! Clear pale yellow gold colour, bubbly white foam head and aroma of floral, honey, citric hop. Taste is sweetish, honey, floral, barrel note, formic, with fruity hop and some tartness. Light bodied, fine carbonation, drying tart finish with hop hints. Quite drinkable.

Can at home picked up from the taproom in Bermondsey. A pale champagen coloured pour with a fine white fizz. Aroma is light floral meadow, earthy honey, waxy, light smoke. Flavour is composed of crisp, lemon rind, floral notes, crisp minerality in the finish. Palate is light and crisp, light tart, highish spritzy carbonation. Not bad.
