Bottle pour at the DCBeer December 2025 share. Poured a clear golden orange color with a small white head. Aroma was big aged malts, with some tart peaches. Flavor was very sour. I felt like my enamel was starting to wear off with how acidic this was! Liked it, but man - tart.

Bottle from Dickinsonbeer, thanks! Yellow blonde, cloudy, no head. Peach, lime and strong oaky notes in the aroma. Sour flavor with lime, peach, oak and vanilla. Absolutely dry. Long tart and fruity aftertaste. Comparable in quality with the finest lambics.

12.7 oz corked and caged. 2018 bottle. Aroma of oak and peaches. Pours slightly hazy golden with no head. Highly sour (8/10) and acidic. Strong peach jammy notes in flavor. Lightly carbonated and watery. Nice beer, but I like a little more carbonation.

On tap at Coalhouse Pizza, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lightly tart and even more lightly acidic peaches, with some wild yeast circulating. Flavour has a lot of acidic peaches, some vinegar too, with light wild yeast and light oak tannins. A bit too acidic and acetic for my liking - I don't quite understand the ratings this has. Still, a competent BA sour.
