Created by blending our Sour Golden Ale with ripe and juicy Hudson Valley peaches. Aged in French oak foundres until the tart flavors of the beer and the sweet flavors of the peaches meld into one. Enjoy on a hot Summer day with a peach in hand.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a beige head. The aroma ahs notes of lemons, malt, and acetone. The flavor is both sweet and sour with notes of lemons, caramel, and acetone, leading to a dry and tart finish.

bottle thanks to Maltajo, pours light orange with a thin white head. Aroma is tart peach and apple skins with light acidic vinegar notes. Flavor is slightly sweet lemon and peach ending extremely tart but not as acidic as the aroma leads onto. I really enjoyed this and would love to try some on vanilla ice cream.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow with a medium, white head. Sour, funky aroma with fruity notes and wood. Lightly sweet flavor to start, then heavily sour, with strong, tart peach and citric acid. Light to medium in body with fine, fizzy carbonation and light warmth. Lingering sour and fruit notes in the finish. Great stuff.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Courtesy of KimJohansen. Pours a cloudy golden with a white head. Tart and fresh Brett and fruit aroma with loads of acetone. Medium body, tart and acetic with quite some peachy fruitiness overpowered by the massive acidity. But fresh alright. 250810

Bottle from Ryan, thanks man. Pour is thoroughly murky golden, no clarity with not much of a head. Aroma is peaches and full on acetic and acidic. Peach skin is in there as well, which is so great but the acid burn is not so good. Flavor is also acidic and peachy, especially peachy as the beer warms. Need to die down the acidic burn and this becomes wonderfully amazing.
