750m bottle from Cat in the Glass. Orange golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of fruity apple, juicy, funk. Taste is sweet, juicy, apple, fleshy, fruity, with some funk, bittersweet, hint of caramel, and drying tannins. Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation medium-sweet tannic finish. Very drinkable.
