The single dessert varieties we use for our Vale of Evesham (V.O.E) Cider evoke a style of cider making that is part of the Vale’s heritage. With no tannin, these medium dry dessert apple ciders include Cox, Russet and Discovery varieties. They are light, fresh and fragrant, and feature our Vale of Evesham Fine Cider, which has been produced to be lower in alcohol at just 5.2% vol.
