Bottle picked up from a 6 pack from V-Markt, Mainburg and consumed at home sat outside Sunday 15th August 2021. It's been a very hot 🔥 weekend but just had a brief thunderstorm cooking a homemade Canelloni and listening to Baxter Dury - Night Crawlers. Pours pale light gold a white head, almost no haze, it's almost clear. A little thinish, clean, fresh but yet missing a yeasty edge and not a great deal of banana or clove. Very soft carbonation.

Fruchtig / floral aromatisch - das ist das Hauptthema dieses Bier. Ungewöhnlich ist die deutliche Noten von schwarzer Johannisbeere. Auch finden sich Spuren von Zitrone. Recht weich. Nicht uninteressant, aber auch nicht so ganz rund und etwas zu süffig (nahe an der Grenze bevor es wässrig wird).

Bottle, 0.50l. Aroma is grainy, herbal, a bit leathery and smoky with banana note. Pours cloudy golden color with large soapy white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts medium sweet grainy and yeasty, following is herbal and mild fruity, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is average bitter. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Well done...

shaken bottle? Smell-spice, wheat, weak malt, acidic. Foam- thin, acidic, wheat, neutral. Head is large, white-yellow color, quite loud. Goes away fast. Appearance- beer specific bottle cap? I don't think so if someone can prove otherwise I will increase the score, the label is nice, but no bonus. Clear yellow color, no carbonation. Later hazy. From- weizen glass Taste - wheat, malt, faint citrus, still neutral, nothing to complain much, but not much to prize as well.

Sample thanks to Grumbo: Poured a golden with a white bubble head. Aroma is banana, citrus, malts. Taste is strong wheat, light banana, earthy.

25/4/2020. Bottle from Munich Airport, the last of the Brewery four pack I bought in departures. Pours clear bright gold with a nice size bubbly white head. Aroma of wheat, hops, sweet malt, citrus, banana and slight herb. Medium sweetness and light bitterness. Moderate body. Crisp, sweet finish. Liked this the most of the set.

Swing top bottle. Blonde. Herbal, wheaty aroma with bitter walnuts. Herbal, yeasty citrus flavor. Short aftertaste with citrus and mint.

hazy pale yellow colour, minimal, quickly disappearing white head; aroma of wet wheat, some lemony and slight banana notes; taste of banana, lemony and bread drust notes, maybe some cloves too; not so bad but definitely very far from being a perfect weizen

Pretty cloudy yellow beer, small creamy yellow head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: malty, cookies, sulphur, some overripe banana, bit off. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: sourish start, dirty, infected, sulphur, banana, bah. Aftertaste: banana flavoured candy, sugary, sulphur, very dirty.
