Einfach herrlich – dieses spritzige obergärige Hefeweizen mit dem unnachahmlichen, leicht fruchtigen Aroma. In nur wenigen Jahren hat sich Härle’s Feine Weisse unter den Weizenbieren im Allgäu und in Oberschwaben eine Spitzenstellung erobert. Der unverwechselbare Geschmack hat viele Gründe: unsere in Reinzucht gezogenen Hefen, die klassische Flaschengärung, die Mischung unserer Gersten- und Weizenmalze – und natürlich das Können unseres Braumeisters.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts malty-yeasty without being too dry. Mild fruity like lemon. Finish a bit more spicy, well balanced and quite drinkable. Not bad!

(bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a big and blond foamy head. Yeasty, wheat-malty and slightly grainy aroma with notes of citrus, hints of banana and shades of clovy spice. Delicately sweet and sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a prickly carbonation. Present wheat character with grainy spots, mildly fruity taste; slightly tart and delicately bitter finish. Refreshing. 19.I.14

500ml bottle. Cloudy golden colour with huge, stable, creamy, white head. Wheaty and yeasty aroma, hints of banana, some clove. Taste is wheaty, spicy yeasty, minimally tart, notes of apple, subtle sweetness; creamy palate. Nice yeasty touch.

Bottle 500ml.Murky medium to dark yellow color with grey notes, a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity, light clove. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, clove, fruity, yeasty. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft. [20101016]

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Cloudy opaque golden with a dense white head. Citrusy, yeasty nose. Medium body, dominated by yeast and some phenols in the finish. Not so fruity. Ends very dry. 151010
