Malzbetont süffig, dezente Hopfennote, goldgelbes honigfarbenes Aussehen, geschmeidig im Abgang. Ein nicht zu unterschätzendes Bockbier.

Green label with mai bock written in yellow on it. 7%. Bought at gas-station in Rosenheim juni 07. Clear yellow with a white head. Lively almost spitzy carbonation. Medium body. Light sweet and alcoholic. A bit sharp & harsh. Hay & grain. Some bitter hops in the end. OK!

A yellow beer with a thin disappearing white head. The aroma is very sweet and very alcoholic. The flavor is sweet and very malty with a very strong caramel presence, as well as a pronounced precence of alcohol.
