The success story of German Beer began in the late 1960s. Conceived as an "exquisite beer", it quickly became a popular "means of payment" in the former GDR. Thanks to the best ingredients and its full-bodied taste, it became beer for the extraordinary event not only for guests of the Leipzig Fair but also for all those who could afford something exclusive. Revived after reunification, it experienced its renaissance according to the best brewing tradition. Toast to yesterday and today with German Beer.
