Passion Fruit Berliner Weisse. We used Lactobacillus and to balance the taste we added a large amount (1.2%) of passion fruit juice. The whole is a light, refreshing beer, which is an ideal companion of summer partys, we invite you to a trip to Berlin at Passion Parade.

Sampled at Warsaw Beer Festival, spring 2018. Unclear yellow body under a white head. Both aroma and flavor is dominated by passion fruit and medium acidity. Flavor is very refreshing, passion fruit, some lemonade, medium acidity, not too much lacto/yogurt. Quite light bodied, but that feels right for this kind of 3,8% ABV beer. Nice in aftertaste and all in all a nice thirst quencher with a certain balance.
