Tap @ Mikkeller, Stefansgade. Murky yellow with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity and rather hoppy - fruity. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 110522

Creamy, hoppy, smooth. Tropical fruit, honeydew melon, did I say smooth? Some isoamyl acetate in the finish but sort of works here. Very nice.
