Slightly malty smell. Copper/red colour with cream coloured high head. Metallic, a bit burnt aroma. Stingy, not so nice. Medium bitter, slightly sour.

50cl can. Dark red color with a thin head, nice lace. The aroma is very metallic, as it gets bit warmer some malt also. Flavor is well balanced sweet malty. OK flavor but the aroma was not good.

330ml Bottle - Brown in colour with some red tinges. Grainy aroma with a hint of spice and toffee. Sweetish malty taste with some toffee and caramel notes and grain and some nutty hints. Not bad by Olvi’s standards but that does not say much.

Nice dark copper brown beer. Light flavour and aftertaste. Nothing disturbing flavours. But otherwise not very interesting.

Canned, thanks oh6gdx! Clear darkish amber, rich head. Light caramel aroma. Sweet with lots of butterscotch and caramel. Medium bodied with fairly soft mouthfeel. Low on hops, but with a fair amount of malt. Mild and one-dimensional, but with some substance. Good for being Olvi.

500ml can (Christmas present from Finn). Rudy-brown colour with a low-level head and great clarity. Aroma has got a brush of burnt malt. Flavour with freshness, fruits and candy sweetness. Highly carbonated. And right, Finn, it was a very good looking Yuletide can (25.12.2006).

Can 0,5l. Dark golden coloured with a large light brown head. Strange fruity aroma. Very sweet flavour with notes of malt. Some bitterness in an otherwise dull aftertaste. Far too thin to be a proper Christmas beer. A good looking can.

[At RBESG 2006] A hazy amber beer with a thin orange head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt and straw, I find the aroma a bit thin. The flavor is sweet malty with a dusty hop note, and a light touch of alcohol.

(Bottle 33 cl) Dark amber colour with a small, beige head. Lovely aroma of caramel. Flavour is full of the same caramel, but itโ€™s still fresh and mainly dry. Pleasant fruity notes which could make you believe that this is actually topfermented, but yes I also vote for the Vienna classification. Very pleasant. 270905

Bottled. Dark amber colour, small white creamy head. Malt, caramel and a bit roasty in aroma. Sweet malty taste with hints of caramel. Semi-bitter aftertaste. Wellbalanced and a bit dry.
