Panda at home, thanks to Fergus, 09/03/23. Light cherry red with a good sized crimson cap. Nose is dusty cherries, grass, herb, straw, berry pips. Taste comprises cherry skins, light vanilla, sugar dusting, lactic tang, red berry yoghurt, hedgerow. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a modest puckering edge. It's an okay easy drinker if a touch basic and needs to be ramped up on the sour front.

Flavour is composed of crisp light grains, tart cherry, light pithy yogurt sour, dry and prickly, fruit stlaks, Palate is super dry, light prickly, drothy carbonation. decent. little mineral in the finish.

440ml can @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Feb 23. Pours a bright red, with a medium-sized white head. Light cherry nose. Expected a one dimensional tart cherry sour profile, but there is some unexpected custard notes entering the fray which works well. Light bodied, but a pleasant gentle sipper.
