Pretty clear reddish brown beer, small irregular big bubbled light beige head, unstable, falls down quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: very malty, lots of caramel, dried fruits, some milk chocolate, grains, hay, cow fodder. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty malty, creamy texture, good roast, bitter, a little watery, caramel, ripe banana, yeasty. Aftertaste: hoppy, bitter, dry, a bit grassy, good roast, nice, some dried fruits, cocoa powder, more bitter hops in the finish.

Brune foncée, col crémeux tenace blanc-cassé.
Arôme est frais houblonné noble anglais avec un parfum d'amertume le tout suivi par une bonne dose de malt cara pâle, grillé avec une petite note de chocolaté.
Palais est succulent malté grillé, caramel avec une rondeur de bouche venant du cask, pointe de café et de torréfié avec sur la fin une amertume plaisante. Je retrouve un effet un peu espresso/ café au lait.
