*Old rating, best before 04.2006. Malzig-frisches Bier, nicht zu tief, etwas zu neutral, nett.

500ml bottle. Asda. A quid. Clear, pale gold. Ring of white bubbles. Very sweet, bready malts. Some lemon. A bit grassy. Some spew. Taste is grainy sweet. Minimal bitterness. Some greasiness on the palate, hidden partially by the lively carbonation. Finishes short, mild bitter. Not too bad, but the spewy thing is a tad off putting.

Can at home; present from my mates Hardy & Elsa. Pours clear, golden, with little white head. Aroma of grass, hops. Sweet, somewhat balanced with a bitter finish, not very long lasting. Too sweet for my taste.

500ml bottle from Asda, Sheffield - Pale clear yellow body, thick white head, clear and fizzy. Aroma is grass, straw and cereal. Taste is bland, bit of muckiness at the end, some bitterness and sourness. Overall... boring. I’m sure they do better stuff, but seeing as this cost a quid...

0.5l can. This is yet another crystal clear pale golden one with a medium sized fizzing light lacing bright white head. It smells of corn and pale malts. A little metallic twitch in between there as well. Did bit expect it so smell like anything else. It's actually not hurting me at all to drink this. The flavor profile is so low that I think I could confuse this with water if I only were thirsty enough. It seriously doesn't taste anything at all! It's literally like drinking water this. I cannot remember drinking a beer that tastes less than this. Ever. 09.08.2014
