Medium white head. Yellow body with fast carbonation. Earthy straw and caramel aroma with papery notes. Dry grassy golden fruity taste with mealy papery caramel notes. Dusty, soft mouthfeel. Dry peppery grassy hop notes. Mild, soft, interesting, and very good. Had this at room temperature, and even then no flaws could be made out. Impressive. (0.5l can, Rewe, Leipzig.)

Bottle: Glue, pale-malt and grassy hops in the nose; clear, pale-golden coloured, slowly diminishing firm head; quite dry bitter flavour, light bodied; grassy-bitter finish with traces of malt. Too "sharp", too unharmonic..........
Earlier Rating: 2/10/2008 Total Score: 2.7
Bottle: Golden, clear, visible carbonation, small and persistent white head; grainy-grassy, slightly sourish nose; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; a bit tart in the grassy, quite dry and bitter finish. a verage mass-market Pilsener, not too well matured...........

A very normal pilsener, nothing special. Palate a little bit bitter. Not the best, but a good beer.

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Partly herbal, partly grassy hops aroma with a light-sweet, perfumed malty background. Light-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, moderately carbonated mouthfeel, that gets almost a bit fizzy towards the finish. Soft and slightly perfumed malty base with herbal notes; moderately dry and bitter finish with an unremarkable hops character. Bland Pilsener.

(Bottle 33 cl) Neat pilsener golden with a dense and stable head. Lovely hop aroma and a very smooth mouthfeel (soft water?) Only a moderate bitterness. 140800

Mild herber Start, angenehme Getreidigkeit. Süffig, frisch, etwas herber werdend. Unspektakuläres aber gut trinkbares Pils. 11/10/11/9/9/9 6

Classic German Pilsener. And they are all the same. This certainly makes no exception to the skunky dry bitterness i''ve had before.
