Das klassische Kristallweizen ist ein obergäriges Vollbier. Der Hefegeschmack tritt voll und ganz in den Hintergrund. Es wird aus ca. 70 % Weizenmalz in der Schüttung (helle und dunkle Sorten) und ca. 30 % hellem Gerstenmalz gebraut. Der milde, leichte und frische Geschmack ist besonders im Sommer sehr beliebt. Gemütlich im Biergarten eine herrliche Erfrischung zum Feierabend.

50cl bottle. Pours almost clear golden colour with a mid-sized most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of mild and dry banana, some yeast. Taste of dry mild sweet malt, what, some banana. Nothing special!

Clear orange beer, big creamy white head, pretty stable, little adhesive. Aroma: malty, grains, cow fodder, big sweet, quite some yeast, touch of banana. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: some banana, sweet, bit sugary, grains, sweet malts, spices. Aftertaste: pretty bitter, some banana, grains, pretty sweet.

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, white head. Aroma is light malty, grain, wheat, moderate yeasty, yeast, light banana. Flavor is moderate to light light sweet with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20101015]
