An unclear dark yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma is soapy with some wheat and hints of spices, but the strong soapy note is a drawback. The flavor is sweet acidic with notes of wheat, and soap water, as well as lighter notes of citrus and coriander. It is quite carbonated in the mouth, but in a very soft way, and the body is thin. Definately out of style - the German brewmaster should either stick to German styles or study the styles better.

Bottled. Yellow-orange, hazy beer with a small white head. Weak aroma with malt and hops. Flavor is weak too, with a light citric fruityness. Ok body, and a finish with some fruity notes and coriander. (060518)

Draught. Weak citric aroma. Cloudy pale yellow colour. Watery flavour and aftertaste. Not citric, not spicy. Very flavourless, and quite boring. No bad flavours, though.

[Draught at Købehavnske Øldage] Lively cloudy pale yellow. Aroma of paper and coriander. Light bodied with hard mouthfeel and short, empty flavour. Some oraneg comes through in the finish. Too void.

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a hazy orangey golden with a creamy, white head. Lightly fruity nose. Soft, creamy mouthfeel - almost velvety. Lightly perfumy flavour - must derive from the coriander. Not all true to style, this feels more like a French hybrid somehow. 180506

Cloudy light yellow with a lasting white, frothy head. Weak, spicy aroma with a hint of lemon. Refreshing flavour, slightly tart, with a lasting spicyness.
