Sample at Denver Rare Beer Tasting XVI (Last Call) on 10/09/2025. Brown-black pour with a medium thin light beige head that recedes quickly to a film. Sparse patches of lace. Bourbon, malt and chocolate in the nose. Full-bodied with flavors of oaky bourbon, chocolate malt, roast coffee and vanilla. The finish is oaky with a bourbon and malt aftertaste. Good beer overall.

Draught @ Mikkeller bar Aarhus. Pours pitch black with brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, wood, bourbon. Flavor is sweet, roast malt, dark chocolate, wood, bourbon, alcohol. Medium body, soft to average carbonation, sweet finish with warming alcohol. 180524

Bottle. Black color with beige head. Aroma is strong whisky, boozy, chocolate Taste is chocolate, booze warmth, but really tasty. Rich and sweet. Natural carbonation. Very good!
