(Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 16 Feb 2023) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of citrus, barnyard, peaches and sweaty socks. Fruity, tart taste with citrus, barnyard, oak wood, apricots, rye bread and a slightly tart finish with low bitterness. More than medium body, quite dry. Fairly funky and tart, with a fresh acidity. Very nice.

Tap at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 9th February 2023. Pours an oily clear straw colour. Aroma is intense, tart, funk, horse blanket. Taste is intense, complex and well balanced sweet and sour, very decent and moreish

Bottle, directly from brewery webshop. Color: Hazy lightly reddish golden, no head. aroma: Tart, funky, fruity, vinuous. Taste: Moderate to over moderate tart, bit vinuous, nice combination of fruity red wine and Sherry notes, subtle funky and oak wood. Light sweetness and very light bitterness. Medium body, low carbonation. Nicely balanced and nice complexity.
