Bottle. Orange color. Orange peels, marmalade, anis and coreander in the spicy aroma and flavor. Sweetish, with some ginger in the aftertaste. Just a hint of tartness. Quite drinkable, in spite of the spices. Maturing has obviously softened this beer.

Honey beer with very thick, light beige, firm head and brownish amber colour, hazy. Powerful aroma of walnuts, caramel, subtle honey, mint, bread, ginger, pepper, passion fruit, orange peel, yoghurt. Soft fruity taste, dry, light citrus, nutty malts, spicy (retronasal impressions of ginger and aniseed), light honey touch but not turning too sweet, bit sourish, dry, medium hopped finish.

Bottle, 75cl, courtesy of fonefan. A gusher, leaving a clear golden beer under a big, off-white, diminishing head. Berries, fruits and some flowers in the nose. Peaches maybe? Berries, fruits and pale malts flavor, finishing with fruityness and some pale malts. Medium body, dry and fizzy. Quite nice, nothing more. Quite weird berry and fruit combo. 090822

Bottled. An unclear amber beer with an orangey head. The aroma has notes of over ripe fruits, malt, and yeast. The flavor is sweet and a bit acidic with notes of malt, fruit, yeast, herbs, and phenols, leading to a bitter phenolic finish.
