(On tap) Slightly hazy golden with a small, white head. There’s a vague tartness in the aroma and a flowery touch. Medium body, lightly sweet malt base and again some pleasant flowery notes before a rather bitter finish. 260807

On tap at the restaurant at the brewery. A bit unclear, almost golden pour, with a minimal, white head. Fruity, jelly-beanish, lightly grainy aroma. The flavor is fruity-sweet and grainy. Medium body, and a quite grainy finish. Quite pleasant in a way, and at least it is refreshing. (070719)

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with very strong notes of hay. The flavor is sweet and very malty and again with very strong notes of hay, leading to a slightly bitter finish. Much more like a Kellerbier than a Pilsener.
