Denmark, September 2009. REd copper color with a quickly dossolving head. CAramel Malty aroma, with lots of aroamtic flower hops. Thin bodied Sweet caramel, malt again very aroamtic hops dominated. Not your typical irish ale, but qutie interesting, would love to try this on tap very fresh

Pours clear dark amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel and floral hops. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Draught @ Nørrebro Bryghus on October 15. Pours deep amber with a small gray head. Taste is very subtle with some sweet fruits. Taste is dry and subtle with some orange zest and a light bitterness. Not very impressed by this at all...

[10/4/11] Draught at the brewpub in Copenhagen. Clear deep red. Aroma has some malt, fruits and a bit of caramel. Sweetish flavor with malt, some fruitiness, a bit of caramel and bready notes and a slightly drier finish. Light-medium-bodied.

Bottle: Poured a clear amber color ale with a medium foamy head with OK retention. Aroma of light caramelized malt with dry cereal notes with light spongy hoppy notes. Taste is also a mix of dry caramelized malt with light metallic hoppy notes. Body is about average with OK carbonation. Not sure what the brewer was aiming for the results are slightly below average.

0.4l bottle. This is a clear deep deep amber almost bronze beer with a quickly fading and really sidesticking off-white head. Aroma is mild with some caramel with something sweet-like reminding me of gummy bears. Not bad. Average carbonation, light to medium-bodied and it has a somewhat watery to oily mouthfeel. What to say about the flavors on this one... It's kinda on the sweet side with some thin caramel and sweet malts, but it's never too sweet. It also has some light ashy and smoky hints in the background. Ends kinda quickly with a light and dry finish. Light drinkable, but it never gets exciting.

0,4 l. bottle from the supermarket. Clear, amber colour with a lasting, small, off-white head. Aroma has sweet caramel malts with hops. Taste is initially sweet malty then becomes more bitter from the hops. Medium body, soft carbonation, nice finish with medium length. A nice beer, but I am glad I had this one on sale.
