Tasted @ EBF 2008. Cloudy blonde, yoghurtaroma. Thin. Yoghurt flavor with honey added. Sweet and unimpressive.

slightly cloudy yellow, smooth white head. aroma is flowery, citrussy, euro hoppy. flavor is flowery, faint honey sweet, malt is seriously lacking, but then, it is in fact a 40% spelt beer. elderflower, lemon and orange addition easily tasted, and frankly, does not do the beer any good. bordering cloying.
