Arnakke ligger 5 kilometer sydøst for Holbæk med smuk udsigt over Tempelkrogen – den inderste del af Isefjorden. Midt i landsbyen Arnakke gror en stor, flot humle – deraf navnet.

Brygget første gang i 2005, den oprindelige opskrift bruges stadig.

Arnakke Humle er en fyldig og frugtig ale efter engelsk forbillede med masser af smag fra Pale Ale malt, engelsk bitterhumle . Vi anvender en engelsk overgær og krydrer med Saaz humle, som giver øllet en behagelig og tør eftersmag. Velegnet til til det danske frokostbord, lyse kødretter – eller simpelthen som en velsmagende tørstslukker.

500ml bottle, pours yellow with a white head. Aromas & tastes of caramel, biscuit, spice & toasted malt. Medium body. Light bitter finish

Tasted @ EBF 2008. Cloudy blonde. Watery, wheaty and flowery flavor. No specific aroma. Disappointing.

Foodfestival, 2014. Slightly hazy amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, toasted, hop and a little butter. Flavour is malt, caramel, toasted, little butter, medium sweet, little grass and a little bitter.

DØE. Clear golden with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, berries and yeasty. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. Watery and unclean. 250513

Sampled on a Saturday eve at Ølfestival København 2013. Clear golden body, good lacing down the glass. Pale malty aroma with lighter notes of caramel. Bready malts together sweet fruity hops, as well as some kind of wheat. Finish off with a little spiced bitterness. Medium to thin bodied. Average (Copenhagen 25.05.2013).

Muddy blond color. Uninviting baking yeast smell. Dry mouthfeel, with very yeasty flavor.

Bottled. Golden colour with a small slightly off-white head. Aroma is sweet malts, grass, mild citrusy notes as well as some slight notes of yeast. Flavour is bready malts, some grass, wood and mild yeasty and berryish notes.

Golden with a lasting white head. Grainy malt aroma with a hint of citrus. Sweet fruity and grainy flavour with a dusty touch and a husk-y tannic bitterness in the finish
