From Brewvana 12 days of Christmas. Canned November 8th.
It pours a hazy dark yellow with a substantial head of foam, good retention, good lacing.
I get grapefruit citrus and some pineapple in the smell. Tropical fruit follows, smells juicy. Imagine that.
The taste follows the nose. Juicy grapefruit citrus, tropical fruit, some pineapple, hoppy but low bitterness.
Juicy slick mouthfeel, I could not pick this out from many others of the style.
I reckon NEIPAs are not my thing.

Standard hazy IPA, with a good dose of passion fruit, mango, berry, and grapefruit zest, with a hint of grainy malt and a gentle pine-mineral bitterness on the back end. Nothing wrong with it, but nothing stands out either.

473ml can. Hazy, pale yellow-ish, golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Tropical and citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, notes of passion fruit, some woody pineapple, lemon, orange peel, grassy and minimally piney overtones. Taste is bitter, citrusy fruity and slightly piney and grassy hoppy, notes of lemon, woody pineapple, some alcoholic bitterness, peppery spicy, yeasty overtones with an ephemeral touch of sulphur. Watery texture, dry, minimally repellent, somehow crystalline palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Initially for a very short period minimally smelly with a touch close to hydrogen sulphide, addled egg, later thankfully purely fruity hoppy - nevertheless not fully convincing.
