Single from Total Wine in Vegas. Short pour back at the hotel. Looks like Motts. Smells like nicely floral red delicious skin, back sweetened. Taste is dusty dry, earthy, light pith, low brooding acid, watered down white wine, just a little sharpness near the dry popsicle finish. Touch of crisp backsweetening. Pretty vapid. Still pretty thin as it settles out, low carbonation, boozy for just 6%, sulfite loaded. Sterile. Pass.

From a bottle that is not a twist off. Nose is a slight apple-eee olfactory, you know; simple broiling fermenting apples? Its hazy, its cider, and its much better than my own homemade hard cider. For 6%, it lacks many of the ill effects so common with my homemade BS. I tell you, it looks just like homemade fresh pressed unfiltered cider pher-sher. In the middle I'm thinking it tastes very acceptable for a domestic cider. Yea, on the the label it says less sweet and, it is compared to domestic popular types but; it is more sweet than the old euro varieties. You know, the real stuff? I'm thinking it wasn't allowed to ferment fully out or more sugar was added after the ferment. Well, what ever, so what about the technicalities. It was a simply just a good overall finish for a decent apple cider experience. Thanks AO.

Murky orange with a small soapy head. Tangy, sweet and tart with apple flesh and a bit of mustiness. Medium finish and body.

Lightly spicy with a little bitterness but mainly good rich sweet apple flavor. Not overly sweet though. Fairly decent cider.

Can. A- Apple juice. A- Yellow color, hazy liquid, minimal head. T- Apple juice. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly dry finish. O- Not too sweet and a touch dry. For a macro cider it was pretty solid one.

Bottle from Total Wine in Folsom, CA. Pours hazy, dark gold with a very slight white bubble ring. Aroma of rich, ripe, but not all that sugary apple. Approaching med body. Astringency hit the back sides of my tongue. Some skin tartness. Ripe apple then tartness. Pretty dry. Nice cider.
