13/1/2023. Bottle at the Haderslebener pre-tasting. Bought at Getranke Hoffmann, Wees. Pours clear mid-brown with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma is malty, toffee, roasted , slightly nutty. Moderate sweetness, bitterness and body. Watery and quite fizzy. Not a great example.

Bottle @ Haderslebener beer tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is dark amber. Aroma and taste are toasted malt, hops, grass, caramel and has a light bitter finish.

Not the cleanest in style. Tastes a bit old, highly carbonated. Not super sharp and crisp as I’d like from a schwarzbier. Graeff hamburg

Cler brownish color and a nice white head. Nose is malty and nutty.taste is decent sweet wirh a nice maltyness and mixed nuts. Pleasant finish.

Mahognifarget klar med fingerhøyt beige skum. Lukter malt, noe brent karamell, knekk og lys kaffe. Lett. Maltig sødme, maltekstrakt, og brunt sukker. Kort lett bitterhet.
