Bottle, bought at the brewery. Brown sugar and caramel in the aroma. Sugary sweet flavor with molasses and caramel. Sticky mouthfeel. Extremely sweet, even for a dunkel weizen.

50cl bottle. Pours hazy dark orange brown colour with a mid-sized good lasting beige head. Aroma of dark mild roasted malt, red fruits, yeasty. Taste of dark malt, plums, nuts, yeasty finish!

Deutlich bananiger Beginn, der durch die Malzigkeit kaum süß ist. Leicht herb, die Hefigkeit bleibt weitestgehend konstant. Süffig, nett. 11/9/10/9/8/9

Bottle 50cl.Unclear medium brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, caramel, moderate yeasty, banana. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20081129]

Bottle 50 cl. Clear orangey brown with a lively, beige head. Aroma of yeast and overripe fruit. Medium body, distinct yeast notes and overripe fruit. Some roasted maltiness also. Finishes dry. 291108

50 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe/Ungstrup. Pours clear and golden deep amber with a diminished white head. Roasted malty and estery wheaty aroma. Bitter, roasted malt and distinct wheat yeast estery. Lasting caramel and roasted malt flavour. Light bitterness into a medium dry finish.

Bottle. Dark amber coloured, rather stable, big rocky off-white head. Caramelly nose with toasty and wheaty-fruity undertones. Quite sweet flavour, accompanied by some traces of acidity, light to medium bodied. Dark-malty and sweetish-fruity finish. Well made and nice Dunkelweizen...........

Bottle, 5.4%. Almost clear dark brown colour. Very small head. The flavour starts off malty, dark malts, slightly sweet. Not very wheaty. Hint of smoke.

Bottled. A dark amber beer with a thin orangey. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of caramel. The flavor is sweet with stong notes of wheat and caramel. The finish is dry wheaty.
