Een tripel maar dan net een beetje anders, licht gecarboniseerd wat hem voller en doordrinkbaarder maakt. Begint fruitig zoet (mango-achtig) en is kruidig in de afdronk. 17 EBC.

Clear peach orange beer, small irregular white head, unstable, dissipates quickly. Aroma: pretty oxidized, orange peel, bit fruity. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sweet, fruity, nice bitterness, hint of citrus, some banana, bit metallic. Aftertaste: fruity, soft bitterness, malty, sweet, some caramel, bitter touch in the finish. Decent, not superb though.

Hazy amber appearance. Aroma and flavour have some spicy yeast and a bit of candy sweetness.

Amber met witte kraag. Aroma van citrus, stro, hop, zoet, sinaasappel. Smaken matig tot redelijk zoet, citrus, stro, typische tripel gist kenmerken, gras, stro, ben er niet zo weg van heeft wat weirds over zich qua smaken.

Bottle @ home shared with Inoven and Joes. Clear golden color, average sized white head. Smell and taste malts, lightly sweet, a bit bitter. Well, I must admit I didn’t really pay enough attention but it’s a pretty useful tripel. Nice.

Flesje gedeeld door Benzai en gedronken met Joes. Goudgeel, licht troebel bier met weinig schuim. Aroma is fruitig. Smaak is zoet en fruitig. Weinig nasmaak.

Bottle shared. Hazy dark golden with white head. Lots of sweet malts, some cloves and coriander, grassy, light dough and green leaves. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied. Meh.

Bottle shared. Hazy orange golden with a small off white head. Aroma of big herbs, citrus, wheat notes and yeast. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation. [21-07-2016]

Small to medium, yellowish tinted head, fast gone over lightly carbonated, clear old-golden beer. Dry nose, rootspices, but some fresh citrus/-zeste, bit flowery. Strange mix of malt sweetness and citrussy, zesty flavours (mainly orange). Pinch of Mandarine Napoléon or Cointreau Orange. Suffers again from undercarbonation, making it appear more lame than it is. Medium bodied at best, backthroat hints at alcohol. Decent, if rather sweet tripel. Yeast seems not very active, might explain both lack of carbonation and high restsugars. Txs to Marco and Jens! In the shops from 11/05 onwards
