Moussierend herrlich schäumend im Mund, wie Brausepulver. Duftend wie frisch gebackener Sandkuchen mit Bourbon Vanille & Zitronenabrieb. Fühlt sich an wie Sonne auf der Haut. Bananig-fruchtig. Ausbalancierte wohltuende Säure, schneller, leichter erfrischender Abgang. Extraportion Weizenmalz.

Das Ausschütteln der reichlich vorhanden Hefe artet in echte Arbeit aus. Das lohnt sich aber. Das Bier hat eine schöne hell orange Farbe und eine fantastische Trübung. Viel cremiger Schaum. Optisch alles richtig gemacht. Geschmacklich haben wir helles Getreide, Hefe und Frucht (etwas Aprikose, Orange, Grapefruit und ne ordentliche Portion Zitronenschale). Herb fruchtig. Hat recht viel Kohlensäure (ich mag es weicher lieber). Aber nach ein paar Schlucken stellt man fest, dass das hier ganz gut passt. Gefällt mir gut.

Light amber colour, frothy head that stays for a while. Aroma is lots of flour, some banana and nutmeg. I don't sense clove. Light bitterness, lightly sour. Turns too sour during drinking. Not very exciting.

500 ml bottle, seems to be a new version with 5.3 abv. Cloudy hazy orange with a creamy head. Banana and clove, citrus, yeasty notes. Citrus dryness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry finish. Nice fruity and crisp Weißbier.

Bottle, brewed by Weisses Brauhaus neunburg. Blonde, cloudy. Banana and clove in the aroma. Medium bodied, with just a bit watery mouthfeel. Banana and even a hint of smoke in the flavor. Just a tad spicy. Well balanced weizen.

Braubeviale 2018. Hazy yellow orange color with medium white head. Aroma of wheat, light banana, clove. Taste the same. Typical German weizen.

bottle bb 1/12/17 dorata velata buona schiuma abbastanza persistente banana discreta spezia chiodo garofano leggere note terrose un finale leggermente amarognolo per lo stile

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes goldenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, fruchtig, würzig. Geschmack hefig fruchtig, reife Bananen, leicht würzig.
