Cask at the York Tap. Pours clear pale gold with a thin white head. Aromas of lemongrass, lemon peel. Taste is sharp, lemon. Creamy texture, bitter finish. Refreshing.

Cask @ Soup Kitchen, Manchester. Hazy yellow-blonde with a small head. Quite high in its tropical fruit aroma and taste, subdued a touch by its citrus dominance, but pretty tasty all the same.
