(Bottle 33 cl) Clear, very pretty brown colour - only a discreet head. Lovely, roasted malty notes with some sweetness and a vague smoky touch. Very, very delicious. 010203

(bottle) Clear brown colour with a fluffy tanned medium head. Toastmalty, slightly caramelly nose with a skunky hoppy tone. The light sweet malty taste with roasted notes is carried into the dry and bittersweet crispy finish with a light blend of hops. Quite boring Dunkel from Westphalia.

Bottle: Amber coloured, firm mid-sized brown head; malty nose with a tinge of caramel and a touch of roasted malts, metallic undertones; initial dry maltiness, soft and smooth, very mild bitter-malty taste; dry malty finish with a little bitterness coming later. A decent brew.
