Dunkles Dock version. Deep brown in color with a small tan head. Aroma is sweet toast, light toast grains with extremely light hints of caramel. Taste is also light roasted grains and light caramel.

Excellent dunkles bock, with a rich caramel front laced with caramel and dried fruit, followed by a subtle yeastiness and toasted bread and a mild bitter floral streak on the finish. Nice pint.

Roast and a coffee. Black pour with decent head. Some earthy muskiness. Murky brown pour with decent head and lacing. Some caramel. A little booze and leather in the finish. Bottle.

Bottle online from The Trembling Madness. Pours an almost clear deep chestnut colour with a large foamy beige head. Aromas of dry dark fruits, brown bread and caramel. Taste is more of the same notes with an added touch of tobacco, molasses and brown sugar. Slightly bittersweet finish. Full body, fairly low carbonation and slightly oily mouthfeel. Maybe just a bit too sweet for me personally but still a decent above average beer for the style.

Thanks Moravius! Dark brown colour, beige foam. Nose of chestnut, caramel, dried fruit. Sweet and malty, but als some bitterness. Good Bock.

Göller Dunkles Bockbier, Flasche von Keil, BT. - Dunkles Kupferrotbraun, klar; sehr üppiger sahniger Schaum. - In der Nase kerniges dunkel-toastiges Malz, gebrannter Zucker, Karamelsirup und kräftige hopfenwürzige Hopfenherbe. - Antrunk tief dunkel-toastmalzig mit dezenter Honigsüße, etwas Toffee. Prominenter ätherisch-herbaler Hopfen. Milder rezent, breit, perfekt kaschierter Alkohol. Elegant malzbitterer Abgang mit mild erdiger Hopfenherbe. - Ausgezeichneter dunkler Bock, der tiefe Malzigkeit perfekt mit eleganter Hopfung verbindet. Ein Hochgenuß. (5.1.2020.)

500ml Bottle - Dark brown with red tinges. Raisins, almonds and cherries in the aroma. Malty and fruity taste with caramel, raisins, currants and spicy malt. Enjoyable.

Swing top bottle from Der Doppelbock. Orange brown color. Malt, peach and speculaas in the aroma. Medium to full bdoied. Slight roasty flavor with peach, licorice and hints of cinnamon and laurel. Somewhat alcoholic, but very tasty bock.

Optisch dunkles Braun, stabiler Schaum. In der Nase deutlich Karamell, Malz, Honig. Im Trunk süß, Honig, Karamell, Fudge, Malz, sehr süffig, hinten leicht bitter.
